Submitted application and was sent an Employee Assessment within 24 hrs. 11 days later I was sent an email to schedule a phone interview. I took the phone interview and 3 weeks later I received an email stating I would not move on. The interviewer did mention that the STAR Method needed to apply, so make sure you study their STAR Method before interview.

Applied and was sent an email stating to move forward with the next step which was the assessment, assessment was about 40-50 minutes to complete, submitted the assessment and after 20 minutes was emailed that I was being taken to the next step which was the hirevue interview
