Interview
I applied for the claims adjuster trainee position, took the online assessment and passed. A week later I received an email requesting a phone interview. I scheduled my phone interview for the following week on 10/24. During the phone interview, the recruiter explained the role, starting salary and training process. Afterwards, she asked me about my employment and education experience. She then proceeded to ask star method questions. I asked her then what the next step in the process is.she stated that she would pass my resume on to hiring managers to see if they wanted to interview me in person and that I would hear back in a couple of days. I’m now waiting to hear back.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
