Applied, received e-mail request for assessment, failed assessment (answered honestly). Either I’m not a good fit personality-wise or they were looking for the “correct” answers. I answered the equivalent to “no” on whether I wanted a job where I had to balance my work-life, I wasn’t interested in working more than 40 hours a week which based on Glassdoor reviews they def want someone who is willing to stay late and/or take work home.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
