This is very discouraging to take an assessment that two hours long only to pass and then not even get a phone interview. Maybe a preliminary phone interview should be completed first and if the person seems to fit your criteria then send them a link to complete the assessment instead of wasting people’s time. I have my adjusters license so not sure why I didn’t even get an interview.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
