I just had my first round interview with progressive. I would like to note this was an interview for an internship and only a first interview, but that being said, this was the most unprofessional interview I have ever experienced. Two minutes into my interview, my interviewer began to open a bag of chips. After rustling with the bag for a minute my interviewer went on to apologize for the noise she was making. Not only could I hear her rustling through the bag every 10 seconds, I could hear her chewing and licking her lips. Jesus. Not interested.

Applied online on September 12th, a few days later was sent a skills evaluation to complete online. After that, was contacted by email to set up a time to speak with Talent Recruiter over the phone. The recruiter was incredibly friendly, asked a handful of STAR questions and just a bit about yourself. If selected to move on, they invite you to a 2-day on-site interview event. The first night is a networking opportunity where yourself and other candidates get to talk to current employees, ask questions, and get to hear from a panel of executives over dinner. The second day entails a campus tour, as well as three one-hour-long behavioral interviews. Know your resume well, and have lots of STAR examples to work with. Interviewers were extremely genuine and really great people to have a conversation with about the company. Overall, it was an amazing interview process.
