I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Raleigh, NC) in Oct 2018
Interview
The process was pretty straight forward. It was not much different than the other reviews for work at home positions indicated. Mine went as follows:
10/15: Applied online.
10/24: Got email asking me to schedule my phone interview.
10/30: Phone interview with a woman who was very robotic. She had no personality and kept asking me the same question over and over again even after I answered it. It was very frustrating. I just knew I was not going to move forward after that bad experience.
11/2: Received email to complete background check info online.
11/6: Scheduled for 2nd interview.
11/9: 2nd interview via WebEx with a recruiter. I was told I would hear something within 7-10 days.
11/19: Offer received. Start date at the end of Jan. 2019. (I was told during my 1st interview that there would be sooooo many schedules available, but when I was given the offer, there were only 3 offered. None of them were great. That is why I declined the offer.)
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance in Aug 2018
Interview
I’m just going to save you some time. If you have ANYTHING planned in the next 5 months after you apply, don’t bother. It’s going to take about a month just to get through part of the interview process. Once you put in all that time and effort, they’re going to turn you down if you have prior engagements. At all. Even a day. I can’t believe they actually expect candidates to have nothing planned for nearly half a year. So, again, if you have a trip you’ve paid for, or anything planned, don’t waste your time. You’re disposable to them, and they will NOT accommodate you.
