Phone interviewer reviewed my resume briefly, asked about 4 behavioral questions, told me at the end that I’d be moving to background check & face to face.
Face to face interview was via WebEx. Reviewed past jobs duties from jobs on resume, asked 6 behavioral questions some were repeats from phone interview. I asked about 8 questions at the end about the position. Interviewer told me I’d hear back in about a week.
Received voicemail from recruiter 3 hours later asking how I felt Interview went. I called her the next day. She told me Interview went well and they were just waiting on my background check to complete so that they could finalize. Got a call the following day with offer. Accepted.
