If your resume/application is approved you will receive a link for an assestment. If you pass you will schedule a phone interview and once you successfully get pass that phase, you will start the background check process and have your final interview (video or over the phone depending where the hiring managers is located). Interviews are behavioral base using the STAR format so prepare for it with detailed scenarios. My 2nd interview (with two interviewers via video) is not until next week so I selected no offer but wish me luck!!

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
