(30 word minimum) I applied online at progressive.com, Took an online assessment test, Had a phone interview, My background check was completed, had a webcam/video interview, received an email that I was not selected for the job. The email I received had given me the opportunity to ask for feedback as to why I was not selected. I wrote back twice inquiring as to why, but did not receive a response - it has been over a month. I sincerely believe the webcam/video interview is impersonal and made it hard to pickup on body language and other social cues. I was very surprised I didn't have an in-person interview with the Branch Manager in Fort Lauderdale, as I live in the same city. If given the opportunity, I believe I would have received an offer.
