Process was very fast. Applied online via an employee referral, next day I received an email to take their assessment exam, two days after that I was emailed to set up a time for a phone interview. The following week I had my phone interview and was told to wait to hear back about follow-up. The same day I received another email to schedule an on-site interview. They had 5 different times on 3 separate days to choose from. After my on-site interview, I received a notice to begin my background check. It took about 10 days to hear back that my background check was clear and that they wanted to make a formal offer.
