I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Silver Spring, MD) in May 2019
Interview
Applied online 04/25, got email to take the assessment the next day. Took assessment on 04/27. Got assessment results on 04/29, stating I got qualifying results and resume would be forwarded to team for review. On 05/02, got email to schedule phone interview. Scheduled interview on for the following week. Right from the get go, the interviewer was so cold, like she was not interested in what I had to say or she was forced to do her job. She would go radio silent after I finished answering her question, then you’d hear her type in the background tok tok tok (funny thing is, she asked what my typing speed was and if I was able to multitask). She didn’t seem excited about working for progressive.
