You apply, then if they see fit you get an online assessment. Once you complete the assessment they determine if you are a fit based on your responses. If you do move forward you then get an email requesting to do a 1 hour phone interview. Thats as far along as I have come. Hoping for the best. Will update once the phone interview is complete. I have applied for this position multiple times and finally got the phone interview. Wish me luck!

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
