I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Highland Heights, Cuyahoga, OH) in Jan 2019
Interview
Interview process was interesting the personality quiz can be difficult to pass as every company is different as far as what they expect in customer service, I feel that is something that they should be training unless you are not customer focused at all. I also feel they put way to much importance on the STAR questions as not everyone is good at answering that type of question and some people are really good at BS but that doesn't really make them a good employee.
