Interview
I applied over a year ago. Passed the assessments and had a phone interview that lead to the email that I didn't get the job. I just reapplied a few weeks back for the same role and they used the same passed assessments so I didn't have to retake those. I did a phone interview through the app that asked 8 questions in STAR format. Passed that and set up skype interview the following week but they also started with the background check as well, something you do when you get the job. Interview through skype went well, at least on my end. Was supposed to be an hour but only lasted 25 minutes. Person interviewing me wasn't engaged and couldn't make a connection. Felt very transactional. I received job offers for worse interview performances but a week later got the email again that I didn't get the job. Now I'm a little peeved that they made me go through the background check which is clean for nothing.
