I went through an on-campus career fair. A written test followed by a phone interview and I was called for a final interview event at the progressive office for a day where there were two rounds one on one.

Two day process where we got to have dinner with employees on first day and then got put in hotel. 2nd day was interviews with at least 2 different people. Also, was given a tour of the facility.
