I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance in Nov 2019
Interview
I applied online for the position couple days later I received a link to complete an assessment. Few days later I received an email to setup an appoint to complete an hire view interview online where I had to answer some questions. After I completed the Hire View interview I was interviewed via Skype with a manager. I was not selected for the position unfortunately now looking back some of the questions the manager asked me caught me off guard. An HR representative did provide feed back explaining why I was not selected and what I should work on. (Make sure your answers follow the STAR formula and EMPHASIZE ON THE ACTION THAT YOU TOOK). They want to make sure you are going above and beyond for the customer. Apparently my action in my scenarios was not above and beyond. Even though I was not selected I will take the feed back and use to polish my answers.
