Video process was different but face to face should be the standard. It seemed good until the end when an actual person wants to show up to give their feedback. It's alot better to talk to someone than a timed answer. There's a more natural flow to Q&A when both people are engaging.

After I applied for the job, I received an email requesting I take an employment assessment. I took the assessment and received an email requesting I complete a video interview. I have completed the video interview and am now waiting for next steps. I am not sure if a live interview is next or if I will receive their decision in the coming days.

Interview
There were multiple on line assessments followed by an email of qualification to move to the next phase. The next process was to be a resume review and I would be contacted by an individual either by phone or email within 5 to 7 days. I received an email at 8:45pm on a Sunday night that I was no longer being considered for the position with no further explanation.
