You complete pre-employment assessment after that you take the interview online on video a format called hire. You have to answer your questions in the star format. I thought I had down pack I was reviewing the format for an hour. The interview process should change good candidates are not being selected for position because of the interview process. Progressive recruiters don’t care about your experience or if you pass the pre-employment test. If you don’t pass the interview process they will decline you. It’s not right that’s why they short handed with staff now according to the reviews I was reading. CEO please look into this!!!!
