After initially applying I received a request for testing a day later. The testing was math based question, vocabulary, and behavioral based. Followed up with a practice call simulator.
A day later I received an invite for the online interview. I highly recommend researching the STAR format because that’s what for,\mat they are looking for. All questions are behavioral questions and you’re given up to 3 minutes to record. I used almost all 3 minutes in my responses.
I got an email today to schedule a face to face interview! I’ll be researching and going over company policy’s as well as formulated practice questions to be prepared.

Star format, virtual, background checks. If you’re prepared an overall easy experience. Interviewer was pleasant, quick response after interview, the offer letter did take forever to receive and background checks also were delayed.
