I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance in Dec 2014
Interview
Both phone interview and face to face interview was based on STAR format. State the situation/task, next explain the action taken, and then conclude with the result. A somewhat relaxed interview and they did allow me time to think about specific situations. I would recommend having some sample situations handy just to lean on as the questions are different in the face to face from the phone interview. Overall, not an intimidating interview process. I was offered the position.
