Hardest interview was probably the HireVue one way interview, about 8 behavioral interview questions and timed. My interview with the hiring manager was more personable and very comfortable, he asked a few behavioral questions and a few standard non behavioral questions.
The interview process relies heavily on the STAR method. They stress this method before, during, and after interviews. They want real people with real situations so don’t be afraid to be yourself. The whole application to interview to hire process takes over a month so know that going in.

Interview
Very precise interview, check your qualifications for the job and answer the questions in a STAR format. Each answer should be about 30 seconds for Situation, 30 seconds for TASK, a minute for ACTION and a minute for result. Be sure to study up if you really want the job. The questions will be job specific and they want to see why YOU would be the best candidate. They are very positive in their attitude. ALWAYS ask at least two questions at the end, preferably related to the position. Leave them knowing YOU are the best candidate and you will land the position!
