Interview
first you go through a test that they send you a link for that has psychology questions on it, a list of questions to see if you know the meaning of words, and a word problem math test some with graphs and charts. Once you pass this test you will get an invitation to do a video interview where you record yourself answering questions a total of 8 questions. There is another review in here that has an entire list of questions they ask and it is pretty accurate. They are all the star format. Once you answer these questions successfully, You will then get an in person video interview with two of the hiring managers. They will ask an additional 5 more star format questions. I would highly recommend that you study for these interviews they are not easy questions I did get an offer and accepted Tell me about a time when you were not able to get a project done. So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.
