One of their talent recruiters contacted me via phone about three days after I submitted my application to be a claims adjuster trainee. Overall, the first interview went very smoothly. The interviewer was relatively new but was able to do fine with interviewing me and also not selecting me. The process of waiting to set up an interview date, the interview itself, and then the status notification took about two weeks overall.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
