I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Metairie, LA) in Jan 2016
Interview
The process is quite long but it's a great process to go through. I applied for progressive December 2015. I was emailed to take assessment on December 18,2016. I pass the assessment and was informed I would move on to face to face interview. I had that interview today and it went great. Progressive uses the S.T.A.R method so be sure to have a situation/task, action and result to answer the question. The managers I spoke with today was so friendly and made me super comfortable. Please make sure to be there up to 2 hours for the interview. Being a copy of your resume if they ask via email. There will be training out of town up for 2 weeks so keep that into consideration if you apply. Overall the expertise has been positive. I can't wait to see if I got the job!!
