Interview
The interview process was extensive, but I appreciate the process as they're clearly looking for a good fit all around. Overall it took nearly 2 months to get an on-site interview. They started the background check before I even had my on-site interview, and I submitted all of the information needed for that. I really felt as though I interviewed well, and had a good feeling walking out. About a week later, I get an email with a congratulations message, noting that they needed some additional information to wrap up my background check, which admittedly I took as a good sign. I contacted a former employer to get the information that they requested, spending a few hours communicating back and forth. The HR rep that requested that information sent me a message back saying that she would forward all my information on to my recruiter, and they'd be in contact. Weekend passed, status doesn't change in the application system. Then, after I sought out an answer directly 2 days later, I was told that I was not selected. I understand not being selected for the opportunity, but why would they need me to provide additional information for a background check for a job they weren't even selecting me for? Definitely an in-depth process... also, your on-site interview will take at least two hours.

Several behavioral questions that they want you to answer with a specific occurrence of when the situation was applicable. I.e.: Tell me how you would handle a difficult coworker; with an answer of a SPECIFIC event.
The interview was 2 parts. There online interview where you answer series of questions and you have to submit them via electronically. Once that is complete, A recruiter will contact you go over some basic information almost like a phone interview and then I’ll put you in contact with the leaders who are actually hiring in that department and they want you have that information and schedule an interview then your interview with two people so it was good

Interview
After applying you must pass an assessment. If you pass you will be invited to a video interview where there will be eight questions and you will record your answer. A recruiter will review it and if they would like to move forward you will have an interview with a hiring manager. I have another interview with his peer so a total of 3.
