The interview process was protracted, tedious, and bureaucratic, which was odd because this is clearly just an entry level job. I applied through Linkedin and received a request to complete an online assessment via email -- the assessment consisted of personality questions, customer service related questions, and some basic math. After passing the assessment, I received a request to record and submit answers to questions related to the job on video which were asked by progressive employees on a pre-recorded video (bizarre), I made it to the final stage where I actually interviewed with an actual person who might as well have been a robot, particularly given how rigid and impersonal they were.
What annoyed me most about the whole process outside the needlessly extended and protracted process just for an entry level job that I was clearly qualified for, was that the person that I finally interviewed with at presumably the last stage of the interview process, was not even located at the site where I was attempting to get the job. It seems that common sense would have allowed the person that interviewed me at the last stage of the interview process be connected to the site where I potentially would have worked. I would not recommend this company because their hiring process clearly shows that they don't seem to value people as individuals, nor are they looking for the best qualified candidates for the role.
