I applied for the claims adjuster position online and within days received an email to take the assessment. I received an another email to schedule a phone interview the same day I passed the assessment. The earliest they had was a week later. During the phone interview she asked me about 2 of my previous jobs, such things as; what my duties consisted of, and what I liked and disliked most about them. Then she asked me what I knew about Progressive. She asked me some behavioral questions which I had to answer in the STAR format.
