I applied online. I interviewed at Prologis (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2022
Interview
Was contacted by in house recruiter asked expected general questions. Interview went well until one question threw me for a loop and I stumbled answering it. Never received feed back from the recruiter. Basically got ghosted which is unprofessional.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Prologis (Denver, CO)
Interview
After applying for the position, I quickly received an email to set up a phone interview with the Recruiter. I completed the phone interview with the Recruiter and on the same day had a phone interview with the hiring manager. A week later an in-person interview was scheduled. Immediately after my interview, the Recruiter asked for my references. I received an offer just 2 days after my interview.
The interview process moved very quickly and I worked with a Recruiter from San Francisco who was wonderful to work with. She was very thorough and informative about the job and Prologis. She communicated with me every step of the way and answered every question I had.
