Long day! But I really enjoyed the conversations we had. Not the typical STAR type questions. Questions we targeted and meaningful. I started with an HR phone interview, a phone interview with the hiring manager and the.n an in person interview with 9 people. The interview day was all day and it took a month after the interview for me to get an offer. the recruiter stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process and was very informative.

Some aspects surprisingly unskilled, ie job description does not match actual responsibilities, interview panel included only 1 person who would be a day-to-day coworker; interviewers did not explain their roles in company or interaction with position; several interviewers obviously not prepared with questions that might help determine out suitability for position-seemed uninvested in process. Overall not impressed.

Interview process consists of a phone interview with HR, a technical phone interview and a long onsite interview. At the end, they know a lot about you and you know a lot about them. I was interviewed about my culture fit as well as my fit to the job. It was a pleasant and thorough experience.
