Similar experience with other candidates. They took very long to schedule the first interview, and then never showed up for the actual interview. Got an apology email from HR later stating that they were busy and could not call at the time and asked to reschedule. I declined the invitation to reschedule and withdrew my candidacy. Very unprofessional coming from a Sr. Technical Recruiter and definitely feels like they do not have their organization together.
