The interview process started off well! Had a screening call with a recruiter, contacted a week later to schedule call with hiring manager. The hiring manager was kind, however she overbooked herself and had to leave our interview nearly 15 minutes early (red flag). A week and a half after this interview, I was notified I was selected as a final candidate for a day-long loop interview with 4 product team members. I had 2 great interviews, staff was very personable and 2 OK interviews. The first interview with the most senior staff out of the roster she seemed uninterested. The second interviewer was with a team member she was kind overall but kept looking away throughout the entire interview, I wish I was making this up but it was so rude. Following these interviews, I was told I would know something within 2 weeks. Was contacted by the recruiter after 2 weeks stating I would hear something that following week. Never heard anything, emailed the recruiter to follow up. Still nothing. I was ghosted by the recruiter and simply saw the job being reposted on LinkedIn, so assuming I didn't get it. Of course, would've been nice to hear anything.
The hiring manager was the best part of the interview process, very kind, make sure you're prepared and ask thoughtful follow-up questions. Good luck to any future candidates!
