Did an initial screening review with their HR representative who was late to the call. The interview was conducted via Zoom and lasted approximately 30 minutes. It was very conversational in nature. I was told that the representative would share my resume with the next person in the interviewing process and would get back to me within the week. That was almost a month ago.

Apparently it's just meant to force you to demonstrate your thinking pattern though I am TOTALLY thrown by that! It was casual and felt comfortable otherwise. Interview was with VP of product and two senior PMs
