I recruiter set up a zoom interview with me on a Thursday. They never showed up, but emailed the next day and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Mistakes do happen, so I agreed to an interview on Monday. A couple hours before the interview the recruiter said he needed to postpone, but he would let me know. Two weeks went by with no word, so I emailed him and politely withdrew my application. I never heard back, which wasn't a big deal. Two weeks after that, I got an email from Recruiting (not specifically him, just from the "recruting team") saying that they had moved on to other candidates. I emailed them back saying that I had already withdrawn my candidacy because I fould the entire recruitment process unorganized, and that this email proved my point because apparently there is no communication between the recruitment team. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.
