Coding challenge (at home), then a review of the code in the interview and many questions about polymorphism, and algorithms. Some whiteboard coding. Three dev team members and senior dev were present.

Question 1
Which type of data set would you use for something like ancestry and how would you search?
First, a Quick introduction mutually, then about 10 mins behavior questions, then a Technical question. It was an easy coding question. In the end, you can ask some questions. It took 30 min totally.

Applied through my university portal. Was contacted for an interview shortly after. Interview was simple. Behavioral questions followed by some more questions on my side projects. Then I was asked a coding question and was told to write some SQL queries. Interviewer was very nice and considerate.

I received an email with a link to a secure connect that had a prompt for a project. I was given a week to finish a project that would test my object oriented design and understanding of data structures. After 3 weeks I got feedback on my code as well as a response saying they were going with other candidates
