Telephonic round was good, was very polite. Next I was called for face to face. I think, the person was not very good technically or not very hands on and could not follow a iterative solution.

A HR guy interviews you and tries to convince you the salary is not that bad because working on security is cool. Then a bunch of 3 45 min easy interviews one after the other. Then they ghost you. If you are from Argentina you better find a USD job since they pay in ARS and even for Argentina the salary is incredibly low.
