After submitting my application I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview with a hiring manager. The interview went very well and I was told I am a perfect fit for the role, therefore I will be contacted by a recruiter to speak with her and then with another senior manager. After that, I had 30 minutes phone interview with a recruiter, other video interview with a senior manager. After that, I was contacted by recruiter to schedule one more video interview with a different manager from other department. Overall I had 4 interviews with different people. In about a week after the last interview, I contacted hiring manger to ask about the next steps, since I have heard nothing. The next day I got email from the recruiter who said that I received an EXCELLENT feedback from everyone, however they decided to continue the search and look for more an entry level candidate. The job description did specify they want somebody with around 3-5 years of experience. Very frustrated considering that I had to go through multiple rounds of interviews just to find out they need someone of entry level. Such a waste of time, considering that I am still working, so I had to spend my lunch time interviewing with a company. They knew how many years of experience I had based on my Resume. I would understand to have one or two interviews, but not four, jut to get this rejection.

I was contacted by the recruiter and one week later got a Face to face interview with the hiring manager. I went to the Reading office and met the hiring manager and some team members. Everyone was very polite and positive and they looked happy not only with their work but with the work life balance as well. It was a very positive experience from talking with the recruiter, then the receptionist (lovely lady) and the team. The whole process took about 1.5 weeks which was very impressive. Didn't get the job but have very good feelings about the company. Thank you for the positive experience. Good luck with growing the business!
