The company is unethical in their hiring practice. They will interview you without actual open req and they will continue to interview people. Since the process will take months, their selection will continue to change. Nobody will get back to you. Recruiters (yes multiple recruiters) are terrible at responding to emails or voicemails. The hiring managers are unorganized due to constant interviewers coming through the door. If you want to be strung along for months thinking that they may want you, this is the place.
