Interview
long and spoke with many people. They have a recruiter from a different state that will schedule and coordinate with the team members you will be working with. This can be a long process and can leave you wondering if you got the job. They may end up reaching out weeks later after you have already accepted a different company. Seems like a great company to work for but their employee's didn't seem to like the culture.

Quali sono le tue motivazioni principali al cambiamento
lack of transparency from hr on where things stood throughout the interview process. Was being kept in the dark on next steps but being held onto as an insurance policy until they found the right person. The interview process was extended to two months of them stringing me along not giving me an answer on whether they wanted to move forward with me. I was always reaching out for an update and getting a vague response back on timing, next steps, and interest. They should have been more professional in shooting me down instead of bringing me a long for a vague rollercoaster ride of where I stood. After a few months of constant excuses like, hiring manager was sick, out of office, on vacation, Ill get back to you next week, i was on vacation etc. they finally told me they decided to move forward with someone else. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were.
