Process too slow 2. Recruiter would not respond back to emails in timely manner 3. I went through 3rd round and waiter for 2 weeks to hear back which was very frustrating. Recruiter said they are going through stages and they will tell me if I go to the 4th round. When they called back they already said they had extended an offer to someone. It appeared that they had me waiting for 2 weeks as a second choice to see if that other person accepts their offer or not. They shouldn’t keep the other candidates waiting so long. Telling no in a timely manner is also important.
