Interview
The first phase was a phone interview which went well, the man interviewing me was engaging and answered all the questions I had about the company. The second phase was a 'chat' interview through their chat interface on their website. In accepting this interview invitation they sent me a video of a customer service rep. assisting the customer. In the interview chat, the interviewer asked me about the video and what I thought about it and if there was anything I would have done differently.
