The interview process was a bit more involved in comparison to some other processes I’ve been a part of before (for example, filling out a questionnaire to showcase your personality and working style). However, I felt it did a great job of sharing exactly what they were looking for and if the candidate would be a good fit both skill and personality-wise. The process was also pretty swift and I was never left waiting for weeks on end without being kept in the loop and knowing what to expect next and when. Everyone was also very friendly!
