I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Propertybase
Interview
I interviewed with a recruiter and the recruiter asked questions that I felt uncomfortable answering. They asked if I lived in Boulder where the job was and how far my commute would be. This is not appropriate for an interview. The recruiter asked me to advance to the next round if I was okay with a salary (that was below market rate) I politely declined over email and the recruiter never responded. I felt that it would have been appropriate to thank a candidate for their time and wish them luck (which is what I said to the recruiter in my email) but the recruiter never responded to the email. This is unprofessional and makes me think the company is impersonal and does not value other people.
