After submitting the online application I received an email saying they liked my resume and invited me to take the video interview. You have to download the app or access the website on a computer. It just prompts you with questions that are then video recorded or typed in. Soon after I had a phone interview of sorts, mainly it was the recruiter asking if I knew what job I had applied for, confirm my interest in it. After stating my interest she went in further detail about the on-boarding process.
