short and sweet very informal. takes a while for them to get back with you and pull application. they are more strict in requirements such as credit and debt issues. Normally you just have 1-2 interviews with the branch manager, there is no one else who decides it is different from location to location. I interviewed at one location and did not get hired applied for a different one and was loved.
