Had a total of four interviewers, two with a recruiter, one with the hiring executive and another executive, and a panel interview. Everyone was personable, but based on questions asked, interviewers were very focused on finding someone that already knew their systems, processes and procedures. Did not get the feeling they were looking for leadership or vision, but more of someone to handle complex clerical work such as filling reports and maintaining financial records or technical work such as creating SOPs. Only real negative was I asked for feedback related to why I wasn't selected, and was simply told that they were going in another direction with no specifics even after pressing.
