I applied online. I interviewed at Protiviti (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2025
Interview
Extremely simple interview process! The recruiter was very communicative throughout. It consisted of two rounds:
1. A screener with the recruiter
2. The final round was a back-to-back case and behavioral interview.
It wasn't super difficult. Got the case study 24 hours before, and conversations were very casual.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself
Tell me about a time you had to lead a team
Started with a phone screening to confirm some things on my resume and my interest in the role. Then had a back-to-back 30-min case study and 30-min behavioral interview. Case study was straightforward and provided 24hrs in advance. Interviewer asked me to identify problems in the hypothetical client's process. Behavioral was very laid-back, more about getting to know me as a person. Interviewer asked a couple questions about my resume but gave me an equal amount of time to ask him questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti (Chicago, IL)
