Both behavioral and case interview. Interviewers were friendly and made an effort to get to know me as a whole person. Both interviewers answered my questions about the company very openly and gave me a lot of insight into the consulting world.

I had a phone interview with HR, then a phone interview with a consultant, then an in person case interview and coffee with a consultant at the office. Overall, it took a little over a month and they were very responsive to all of my questions through email.
