Initial interview done through campus recruiting. The first interview consisted of typical behavioral/ situational questions along with a case study. It was roughly one hour long. The second set of interviews was at an office visit where they really just wanted to get to know you, two 30 minute interviews with lunch, a case study, and round table discussion.
