Protiviti Manager Interview interview questions

I had a phone screening with the recruiter to discuss a role I was qualified for and interested in. We had a nice conversation, they were very kind and I was told I would be informed of next steps next week. Great. 7 business days go by and I do not hear anything, so I follow up and ask for an update. I am told I will receive an update early next week, 7 more business days go by and the recruiter sends me an update that they are still waiting to speak with the team but I should know in 2 business days. I hear nothing from the team in over 2 weeks and I withdrawal myself from the process due to the lack of clarity and extended timelines. I was shocked how this was handled and if this is how things are at Protiviti I wanted no part of it.
