Very easy process. Applied online through my university, scheduled a phone screen with very basic get to know you type questions. Was contacted about two weeks later letting me know that I was accepted.

Applied online then was notified to set up a phone interview. Interview was about 30 minutes, and they asked mostly behavioral questions and "tell me about yourself" type questions.
